FAQ  How to Choose the Right Travel Insurance for Your Trip

How do I file a claim for Emergency Medical Expenses?

Complete the appropriate form on our Claims Page and submit it to the company.  To expedite your reimbursement, answer all the questions and provide all the documents listed on the form.  Medical expense coverage for travel insurance is generally secondary or excess to one’s health insurance coverage.   Eligible expenses typically include physician services, hospital confinement, use of operating rooms, laboratory tests, X-Rays, examinations or treatments, prescribed drugs, and emergency dental expenses that were out of pocket costs to you.  Please see your specific plan certificate for more details on eligible expenses covered and plan limits.
