Almost! There are some countries currently excluded which include Algeria, Belarus, Chad, Chechnya, Congo DR, Cuba, Iran, Ivory Coast, Liberia, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Sierra Leone, Republic of South Sudan, Republic of Sudan, Syria, and Somalia due to restrictions by the underwriter or the ability to provide all services (subject to change).  Other  remote areas such as islands, arctic circle, Antarctica, and other regions may not have medical services available to properly assess, treat or determine whether a medical transport is warranted or not. as well. These regions may also lack sufficient access to airports that can handle medically equipped air ambulance jets and the requirements needed to land and take off from such areas.
