For Trip Cancellation costs, you must purchase a separate policy for each trip.  For Travel Medical  and Medical Evacuation plans that do not include trip cancellation or trip interruption benefits, we indeed do offer annual plans in most states.  (Currently we do not offer these annual plans for NY and WA).
