Your plan comes with a 10-day free look period from the date of purchase, where you can secure a full refund if your departure date has not been reached. If the 10-day review period has passed, the plan is non-refundable. You can request to adjust travel dates, add additional trip costs to be covered and request other changes any time before your departure. All requests for cancellation or changes must be submitted by email to assist@tmetravelinsurance.com. Change requests must be approved as there may be limits to what your specific plan may allow.
